Don't Subscribe to Maxxis 3G broadband

Do not subscribe the stupid maxxis 3G broadband. The service and network connection is very poor. I had subscribed the package and very bad connection for the network is always down for Penang area and low coverage. I did call up the service centre and what they respond is the server is down and asking us to wait for the server up again. But the problem is the server has been down more than one week still not able to get it up. Not sure what's big problem that they facing and also very poor respond from the personal service centre that couldn't help out at all.
In fututre do not subscribe any boardband service that have contract. Example for this pacakge, the contract is u need subscribe for 18 month's or else u will be get penalty if want to un-subcribe it. This is really not fare to end user as service is bad but cannot un-subcribe it.
They will not care what problem that u have as u already sign up for 18 months.
